I was worried that I would be the slowest learner in the class but Chef Eric made me feel comfortable enough to ask any questions and I had a lot of fun in the class. I learned a lot of new tips.
I really enjoy the class. Chef Eric is very knowledgeable and seems passionate about food. He is right there with you when you need help with one of the steps for a recipe.
I’m extremely satisfied with Chef Erics Class it’s a great school with great classes and you could learn so much from listening to Chef Eric.

Chef Eric was great! He had a well-organized and nicely-paced evening planned. We were never bored, and we had a great meal to boot!
I had purchased this class as an anniversary gift for my wife who was accompanied with a very good friend. I was very happy to hear that she loved it and that is was well worth the trip down south. She was glad that the class was not intimidating at all but very relaxed and comfortable. The plus for both of them was that the chef was very personable which helped the girls with their nerves during the class. They loved it so much that they are planning a trip to take us husbands next time for one of the couples classes. Which I look forward to after hearing how much she enjoyed it. Thank you Chef Eric!
