Staying Safe at Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom We know that the fears of the Coronavirus are causing much anxiety in our area as well as throughout the world – we understand and take it seriously.
• Chef Eric is Serve-Safe Certified and we keep the kitchen and classroom immaculate and sanitized. All of our students adhere to those same standards.
• We ask students who are unwell to reschedule their classes.
• We follow CDC Sanitation guidelines and those guidelines apply to all students and employees.
• We post the guidelines in several areas in the school and discuss them at each class.
• Additionally, we sterilize the school, chairs, pens, equipment, utensils and dishes before and after every class.
• We have face masks and gloves available that each person must use.
• We take temperatures at each class to ensure student safety.
