We have NEW AFTERSCHOOL KIDS CAMPS!!

Hello everyone! Hope you’re having a great day! News from the Classroom:

We just finished our calendar through February of 2019! Check out our new class offerings online. Class Gift Certificates are great for special occasions.

Many parents asked us for Afterschool Cooking Camps and we listened! Our first 4 week session is Camp #2 – Tues 9/11 – 4pm-6:30pm. Next is Baking Camp – Mon 10/22 – 4pm-6:30pm. Get your kids registered today!

Dreaming about cooking? My Chef Programs start Sun 9/16 at 9:30am OR Tues 10/9 at 6:30pm. For a career or your own kichen – my part-time program has everything- from stocks to plated meals. Come upscale your skills with me!

The Baking Program is so popular – I had to create a Saturday morning class!! I have room starting 10/6 at 10:00am. My part-time program teaches everything from breads to plated desserts.

For the beginner, my 4-week Culinary Series is great – Mon 9/17 at 7:00pm. Mature teens are welcome in this series.

Our Recreational Classes are exciting: September – Pastas, Thai, Spanish, Date Nights, Breads, Sushi, Desserts, Pasta, Knife Skills, Thanksgiving Dinner, Couples Romantic, Italian, Chicken, Cupcakes and more.

MASTER CHEF PROGRAM

Many of my students take this program to increase their cooking knowledge; others to start a career. We cover stocks, sauces, soups, side dishes, pastas, appetizers, garde manger, main dishes, plating and presentation.

Sessions start Sun Sept 16th at 9:30AM AND Tues Oct 9th at 6:30pm. This class will enhance your meals and bring them to a new height of excellence. Experimentation and Innovation are keys to good cooking and you will learn that and more with me.

Come take a Class and get started on a new career or learn to cook better at home. We assist with job placement /career advice, and have lots of regular clients and companies looking for Chefs.

MASTER BAKING PROGRAM

My Master Baking Programs are super popular. SO, I am opening one on Saturdays starting Oct 6th at 10:00am. A part-time baking program gives you flexibility. We cover breads, yeast breads, cakes/ tortes, dessert soufflés /sauces, puff pastry desserts, pies, tarts, ice creams, yogurt, sorbet, custards, crème brûlées, puddings, and plated desserts.

Presentation is key to a delicious dessert. Join the alumni of the Classroom and get your training now. This class will enhance your skills and bring them to a new height of excellence. Experimentation and Innovation are the keys to good baking.
