I enjoyed my experience at cooking school very much and I enjoyed making dishes that I had never heard of before. I also enjoyed learning different tricks to help with cooking a specific dish.

We would like to thank you for your help planning, organizing and giving us a wonderful cooking experience last night. It was the perfect way to spend time and get to know our clients and they can’t stop thanking us and letting us know that they enjoyed the event. We all thought the cooking class was great, and we learned a lot of things to do in the kitchen and can’t wait to try the new recipes. As someone who longs to have the culinary prowess to create great dishes I have finally found the way! Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom is exactly what I needed. With zero background in the kitchen I needed to start from scratch. I needed a class where I could learn the basics about everything necessary to become a competent Chef. Chef Eric fit the bill and I have not been disappointed yet.
The Culinary Classroom provides a great learning environment where I am able to feel comfortable and learn through Chef Eric’s interactive teaching. Every class is easy to follow with brief lectures and demonstrations followed by hands-on prep and cooking. I am having a blast and I feel like I am developing a solid foundation for my culinary future. I am learning about the Grand Sauces, knife skills, food/prep safety and I am only 3 weeks into the program. Each class allows us to prepare and cook a variety of dishes and recipes. The support staff in the kitchen make learning easy and pain free. I am having a great time and I can hardly wait for the next class.
If you have ever dreamed about learning, I mean truly learning the essence of great cooking, I would highly recommend Chef Eric and the Master Chef Program. If you’re not ready to commit to 16 weeks, try one of his 4-week classes where you will learn how to prepare some great dishes and get a tiny sample of what the Master Chef program consists of. The class is great and everyone in the class has a blast. I am having so much fun I couldn’t wait to write something. Bon Appetit!
Having the most fun and excellent learning experience attending your class. I am really enjoying it. Every time I get a chance to apply what I learned from school, I have my husband and friends as my fans. And you know what they said, [my cooking] tastes really like the food prepared by a professional chef!
I just want to thank you for the excellent YouTube videos you have online. They’re to the point, and the camera shots are close enough so the viewer can really see what you are talking about and how to do something correctly. And it really helps that you don’t rush through things. For example: after watching your video, “How to Debone a Chicken Breast” – anyone could do it. Thanks again for everything that you do. Your work really encourages those of us who are learning some of what it takes to be a chef.
SaMiah had such a wonderful experience at Chef Eric’s Culinary Academy, she didn’t want it to end. I was amazed at all of the dishes they made each day in the amount of time given! Everything tastes great. We are so thankful to you for allowing her that experience. SaMiah is greatly considering the culinary arts as her future career.
