Staying Safe at Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom
We know that the fears of the Coronavirus are causing much anxiety in our area as well as throughout the world – we understand and take it seriously. Chef Eric is Serve-Safe Certified and we keep the kitchen and classroom immaculate and sanitized. All of our students adhere to those same standards. We ask students who are unwell to reschedule their classes. We follow the CDC Sanitation guidelines and those guidelines apply to all students and employees. We post the guidelines in several areas in the school and make sure students are aware and adhere to our safety protocols. We sterilize the school, chairs, pens, equipment, utensils and dishes after every class. We have face masks and gloves available and ALL students are required to use them.
