Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom is postponing Classes until April 20, 2020. We’re sure you are aware of the mandate for businesses to close. We are following the recommendations of our Mayor, our Governor and the President. This Pandemic is so serious that these actions have been deemed necessary for the safety and health of our students and our larger community.
For those students that are in our ongoing Master Baking and Master Chef Programs, we will send videos, recipes and reading assignments as soon as possible so we can keep up until we resume in-school classes.
We will continue to keep you updated as we are made aware of any changes in the existing recommendations. Additionally, we’ll continue to communicate through our Social Media Channels to stay in touch.
Feel free to reach out to us with any questions / concerns you may have – we’re here for you. Please take care of yourselves and your families and stay safe.
In the meantime, Chef Eric has many Cooking Videos on our YouTube Channel – should you need some inspiration for recipes while you are at home cooking for your families.
You are all in our thoughts and prayers as we negotiate these trying times together.

Staying Safe at Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom
We know that the fears of the Coronavirus are causing much anxiety in our area as well as throughout the world – we understand and take it seriously.
Chef Eric is Serve-Safe Certified and we keep the kitchen and classroom immaculate and sanitized. All of our students adhere to those same standards.
We ask students who are unwell to reschedule their classes.
We follow the CDC Sanitation guidelines and make those guidelines apply to all students and employees. We post the guidelines in several areas in the school and hand them out at each class.
Additionally, we sterilize the school, chairs, pens, equipment, utensils and dishes after every class. We have face masks and gloves available should any students wish to utilize them.
