Chef Eric, I just wanted to say thank you for such a special Valentine’s Day cooking class. Chris and I had such a great time. Chris had never taken a cooking class before and he loved your class. It was such a nice break from the traditional dinner out. You were so much fun and really made the night special. Thanks again, we look forward to coming back soon.
I wanted to thank you and your staff for great hospitality and the wonderful day you provided for our group. We all had a great time and enjoyed the dishes we prepared. I will definitely recommend your place to my friends and clients for their events.
My boyfriend and I took one of your cooking classes over a year ago. We made our own noodles and learned how to do meat in the oven with little bundles of cherry tomatoes and garlic. It was a wonderful class! It may horrify you to know that prior to your instruction, I had never purchased fresh tomatoes or even a clove of garlic before! The only fresh meat I knew how to cook was a tray of ground beef for hamburger helper. Your class changed the way I shop, cook, and eat. You showed me that cooki…
I want to thank you for what has been a wonderful experience and totally reignited my enthusiasm for cooking. My most sincere thank you to you and all your wonderful staff.
I had a wonderful Culinary experience. I learned many new techniques as well as the order in which to prepare each dish. The intimacy of the classroom allows one to ask many questions.
I am very happy that I was part of Chef Eric’s baking classes…….He inspired me a lot and I am truly thankful that I started my cooking journey from his classroom.
I just want to thank you for a great cooking class on knife skills last Saturday. I have already begun practicing, as I prepared my vegetables for the week. (See attached photo) 🙂 I can hardly wait to do more. Thank you again for a wonderful first cooking class!
I have really enjoyed the Basic Skills Class. It was very instructive, fun and a great way to ‘cook with new friends.’ I have learned how to properly chop, use knives and many other skills we take for granted. I can’t wait for my next class.
