KitchenAid Classic Plus KSM75 Mixer Review By Chef Eric Crowley, Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom
Hey guys, Chef Eric here with one of my favorite pieces of equipment – my KitchenAid Classic plus – it has a 275 watt motor which is plenty of power to help with things like small batches of cookies and a small loaf of bread. One of the things that comes with it is a whip for making meringues and whipping cream, a dough hook – really great for making pizza dough which is what we are making today, and a paddle for making cake batters and things like that.
One of the things I wish it did have is a handle on the side of the bowl like some of the larger size mixers have, but that doesn’t keep me from using it. It has a really nice tilt head so I can get in there with a spatula and really scrape down the sides of the bowl.
And there it is – my KitchenAid Classic Plus quick review. You can get this and many more products at my Amazon Page: https://www.amazon.com/shop/chefericsculinaryclassroom
