Fany Canales, Master Chef Program Graduate

Before I began the Master Chef Program with Chef Eric I did not know anything about French Cuisine. I was really excited to work with him. I learned more than what I was hoping to accomplish in 18 weeks. Every week I was excited to learn something new. Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom is a program that you must try. Working with Chef Eric was a blessing because of his patience and experience. He made sure every student understood everything every lesson. I really recommend Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom to anybody that is interested in the food industry. It’s worth it. It’s in a nice area, it’s affordable, and well organized. I am very thankful to Chef Eric for all I now know.
