Why Everyone Should Have a French Cooking Background
Everyone should have a background in French cooking. Why? For starters, most cooking techniques and various terminologies are derived from French origins. When you have a background in French cooking, you will be able to understand several different aspects of cooking with much more ease.
Also, many of the principles associated with French cooking are universal principles. Such principles I can think of refer to different methods of chopping fruits and vegetables and making soup bases.
