Chef Eric is an excellent instructor. His diligence and patient demeanor make learning super fun. I wasn’t afraid to ask questions or to even make a mistake. I knew Chef Eric would help steer me back on track.
Thank you very much for your hospitality – we will definitely be recommending your Culinary Classroom to friends and colleagues. We look forward to working with you again.
Awesome class. Can’t wait to take his full course next year, but still coming back for Beer/Food Pairing and Designer Appetizers class.
It was my first cooking class so I was a little unsure as to what to expect, however I was pleasantly surprised. It was a great experience. Not only did I learn a lot in the 2 1/2 hours I also got to enjoy eating the fruits of our labor…delicious! I’m definitely considering taking your Master Chef program. Thank you.
Dear Chef Eric and Everybody at Culinary Classroom: THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! My daughter Emma LOVES your class!!!
I’d like to thank you for such a wonderful class. Both, Paul and I, not only learned so much, but had a great time. I felt so inspired to really try cooking again, for just the love of it. I even made a delicious potato leek soup today- using your very clever way of cutting onions. It was perfect! Back to the class- your recipes were great, your crew is great, and you are wonderful. We look forward to the next class with you.
I had a great time with all of you and thanks so much to Chef Eric for providing such a great learning environment and outstanding instruction.
My mother Yuki and I enjoyed the French Classics class last weekend. It was a lot of fun! You’ll probably see me again in the near future.
My career takes a lot of my time. Chef Eric realized that I wasn’t looking to change careers and become a professional chef, but he still gave me the tools I need to be confident enough in my home kitchen. I just hosted a party with 50 guests in my home. I did the cooking myself, enjoyed every minute and my guests were very pleased. My party was a complete success!
I had a great time in your class Eric. You’re a terrific teacher- patient, knowledgeable and fun. I plan on taking another class soon.
