I have been so successful after taking your classes. I have worked for Hilton, went to New Mexico and earned the title of Sous Chef. I now work at Seasons 52 as Executive Sous Chef.

The Master Chef program was incredible! I cooked with food I had never experienced before. Ate food I had never experienced. My confidence level grew each week. Chef Eric is a great instructor. His passion for food and teaching speaks for itself. No matter how much experience you have, or dont have yet, once you complete this course, you will be amazed with the level of skills you acquire.
The classes (both courses) were great, so informative and so much fun. Chef Eric has such a wealth of knowledge and such a great, encouraging way of teaching and supporting creativity …….
