I am very happy that I was part of Chef Eric’s baking classes…….He inspired me a lot and I am truly thankful that I started my cooking journey from his classroom.
Chef Eric is a dynamic instructor who is always on his toes and willing to help and think outside the box. I had a great time trying new things!
CHEF ERIC gave me the tools I needed to become a successful full-event caterer.
I had a wonderful Culinary experience. I learned many new techniques as well as the order in which to prepare each dish. The intimacy of the classroom allows one to ask many questions.
Dear Chef Eric and Everybody at Culinary Classroom: THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! My daughter Emma LOVES your class!!!
I wanted to thank you for hosting my 40th birthday party. Everyone had a great time and learned a lot. That was a very nice gesture on your part, thank you very much. I will be sure to tell all my friends about your school and please let me know if there is anything I can do for you. I look forward to the next time when I can take an…
Chef Eric, I just wanted to say thank you for such a special Valentine’s Day cooking class. Chris and I had such a great time. Chris had never taken a cooking class before and he loved your class. It was such a nice break from the traditional dinner out. You were so much fun and really made the night special. Thanks again, we look forward to coming back soon.
This is the most fun I have had in years. Chef Eric is a terrific instructor. I have taken several of his classes and courses and keep coming back for more.
This experience has far exceeded any expectations I had for the course. I’ve learned so much more than I would have thought. My confidence level has increased tremendously.
To one of the most awesome chefs and instructors out there!!!
