On Thursday, December 12, 2013, I was lucky enough to be a part of the Kcal 9 News at noon. While I was there, I prepared and got to share one of my tasty desserts: banana-rum crepes with chocolate drizzle. Sandra Mitchell the anchor for the news at noon was gracious enough to assist me in making the crepes. For all the ladies out there, I was able to extinguish the…

I want to thank you for what has been a wonderful experience and totally reignited my enthusiasm for cooking. My most sincere thank you to you and all your wonderful staff.
I’m extremely satisfied with Chef Eric’s Class. It’s a great school with great classes and you could learn so much from listening to Chef Eric.
Thank you for being a FANTASTIC teacher! I had a great time in your Monday night, 4 week cooking class and learned a lot. Your personality and wealth of knowledge helped both me and my classmates expand our cooking skills when we were far out of our comfort range. I made the meatloaf dish last night and it turned out great! You have boosted my cooking confidence and encouraged me to cook more. I hope to take future classes at Chef Eric’s in the future.
Thanks to CHEF ERIC’s CULINARY CLASSROOM and his Culinary Chef series, I was able to gain the confidence to pursue a new career. If you’re thinking about taking a class (professionally or recreationally), don’t wait!
My friend Brigit and I attended your sushi class last month. We were so inspired that we are now having a sushi/football next Saturday. Yay!
We would like to thank you for your help planning, organizing and giving us a wonderful cooking experience last night. It was the perfect way to spend time and get to know our clients and they can’t stop thanking us and letting us know that they enjoyed the event. We all thought the cooking class was great, and we learned a lot of things to do in the kitchen and can’t wait to try the new recipes. The entire experience was amazing and again, thank you for giving us a successful event!
I have been so successful after taking your classes. I have worked for Hilton, went to New Mexico and earned the title of Sous Chef. I now work at Seasons 52 as Executive Sous Chef.
Chef Eric and Staff~ Thank you so much for the class Larry and I took. We talked about it the whole weekend. You and your staff are so very special and I cannot wait to take another class from you. I just wanted to say thank you from the two of us.
My mother Yuki and I enjoyed the French Classics class last weekend. It was a lot of fun! You’ll probably see me again in the near future.
My boyfriend and I took one of your cooking classes over a year ago. We made our own noodles and learned how to do meat in the oven with little bundles of cherry tomatoes and garlic. It was a wonderful class! It may horrify you to know that prior to your instruction, I had never purchased fresh tomatoes or even a clove of garlic before! The only fresh meat I knew how to cook was a tray of ground beef for hamburger helper. Your class changed the way I shop, cook, and eat. You showed me that cooki…
