Hey everyone! Every year, I give out scholarships to children who want to learn more about cooking. I often work with CoachArt. CoachArt is a wonderful organization that provides scholarships to chronically ill children and their siblings. We are proud to work with CoachArt and to host all of the wonderful children we meet and work with here at The Classroom! This summer – I had two brothers, Aaron and Joshua, join me…
Hello Everyone! Summer Camps are in full swing here at The Culinary Classroom! Every summer for 10+ years, I have taught my Children’s Culinary Academies. It is one of the things that makes my job so wonderful… teaching youths how to cook and work in a kitchen. As a long time professional chef, it is inspiring to see the passion and drive all of the children have for cooking! Recently, my Children’s Culinary…

My mother Yuki and I enjoyed the French Classics class last weekend. It was a lot of fun! You’ll probably see me again in the near future.
Jim and I want to thank you for a wonderful experience on Saturday. We loved the class and food so much Jim went out today and purchased some of the spices so we could make the cauliflower and potato side dish. It was just as wonderful as it was on Saturday. We will definitely be telling others about this wonderful experience and hopefully see you soon.
I want to thank you for a wonderful experience you gave my daughter, Sophia. She really was inspired. She will be cooking for a group of adults and is not at all worried! Thank you for your hard work and graciousness!
Chef Eric has more patience than anyone I’ve ever met. Great chef and instructor. Love this classroom.
I had a great experience. Learned a lot of diversified cooking. The course Helped me take the cooking experience a step forward to a new dimension.

You made great tasting food preparation and cooking fun and accessible to everyone there and more importantly, confident enough to know that they could do this again at home. The class format and pairings make this an ideal activity for client dinners. I can’t think of a more enjoyable way to spend an evening than preparing and enjoying a gourmet meal with friends and c…
Thanks for a great 4 week course! I’m really jazzed up about cooking now – can’t wait to get out there and buy a pasta making machine to crank out the linguini!
Best expenditure to date. Very comprehensive, hands on course that lets you go home with skills.
Dear Chef Eric and your wonderful staff, Thank you for making BSF Santa Monica Office’s first holiday party such a success! Everyone had a fantastic time and we all went away learning something new. Thank you again and happy new year! Sincerely, Vanessa Le
Chef Eric’s Master Chef Program takes the “scary” away from the kitchen, leaving the fun, skills, and more importantly, the great food to enjoy!
