I was worried that I would be the slowest learner in the class but Chef Eric made me feel comfortable enough to ask any questions and I had a lot of fun in the class. I learned a lot of new tips.

The biggest change for me is having more confidence in the kitchen – which leads to trying things (with a higher success rate!) and having the courage to “whip something up” on short notice.
Jim and I want to thank you for a wonderful experience on Saturday. We loved the class and food so much Jim went out today and purchased some of the spices so we could make the cauliflower and potato side dish. It was just as wonderful as it was on Saturday.
